Diversability in Action Collective
Coffee Educators are working with the Tertiary Education Commission to provide Employer Lead Training Programs aimed at increasing the literacy and numeracy levels of diverse people who are employed in New Zealand. Diverse needs include any personal need which creates a barrier to mainstream employment or employee retention.
The purpose of the Collective is to create an effective model of training for Employers to implement into their workplaces, which specifically meets the requirements of their employees. We apply a diverse needs lens to our training and delivery which aims to equip workplaces to better meet the needs of their staff.
The Diversability in Action Collective, in conjunction with Coffee Educators, are specialists in working with businesses to establish diverse training packages to identify numeracy and literacy needs within employees and targeting these as they relate to performing relevant tasks at work.
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your business and staff may be eligible for funded training.
